Three steps. No paperwork on your side.

Step 01

Introduce.

Send us the owner’s name and the property below. A line of context helps, but the introduction is all we need from you.

Step 02

They sign.

We take it from there: the conversation, the numbers, the agreement. You are kept in the loop, and your referral stays tracked to you throughout.

Step 03

You get paid.

AED 3,000 per signed property, paid to you once the management agreement is signed. Clean, tracked, paid.

Open to anyone: agents, brokers, building managers, friends of owners. You do not need an agency licence to refer. Multiple properties from one owner pay per property.
