Stay® is a Dubai property and hospitality firm. We manage homes, sell homes, and lease homes, and we do all of it the same way: precise by habit, accountable by name, and clear about every number.
What we stand for
We do not lead with a timeline or a trophy cabinet. We lead with how we work, because that is what you actually live with as an owner, a buyer, or a guest.
Transparency
Statements that itemise gross, fees, and net. A statement on the 10th, a payout by the 15th. Advice that tells you the real yield, not the brochure one. If we cannot show you the math, we do not say it.
Ambition
We are building the property company Dubai owners deserve, and we are not shy about the scale of that. We grow deliberately, never at the cost of the standard, so every property we add is run as precisely as the first.
Precision
Hotel-grade turnovers, pricing managed to the season, paperwork done to the regulator’s standard, licences renewed before anyone has to ask. The unglamorous work, done properly, every time.

Stay® Group is a Dubai-based property and hospitality firm launched in March 2026. We operate across two divisions, connected by one standard.
Stay® Property Management
DET-licensed (formerly DTCM) short-term rental management. Licensing, styling, guests, cleaning, pricing, and payouts, handled end to end. The portfolio under our management has grown 23x in five months.
Stay® Real Estate
RERA-registered brokerage handling residential and off-plan acquisitions, resale, and leasing. Because we also manage property, our advice is grounded in what actually performs, not a sales target.
