Stay® is a Dubai property and hospitality firm. We manage homes, sell homes, and lease homes, and we do all of it the same way: precise by habit, accountable by name, and clear about every number.

DET-licensed (formerly DTCM) short-term rental management. Licensing, styling, guests, cleaning, pricing, and payouts, handled end to end. An Airbnb Superhost, 5-star rated by guests.

Stay® Real Estate

Data-led brokerage.

RERA-registered brokerage handling residential and off-plan acquisitions, resale, and leasing. Because we also manage property, our advice is grounded in what actually performs, not a sales target.

In our first year, Stay® was shortlisted in three categories at The STR Club Awards, Scale Middle East 2026, and won Best AI Tools (Self-built or Adoption).
